The terms that apply when you use this website, book a consultation, or buy training sessions.
Effective date: August 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of sdhealthfit.com and to any consultation you book or training package you buy through it. "SDHealthFit," "we," "us," and "our" mean San Diego Health and Fitness, located at 10447 Roselle Street, Suite 1, San Diego, CA 92121. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
SDHealthFit is a private personal-training studio. We provide one-on-one and small-group personal training by appointment. Trainers who work out of our studio run their own independent practices; so do the physical therapist and chiropractor who keep space in the building. Those independent practitioners are responsible for their own services, licensing, and insurance.
Booking a free consultation through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment, and it doesn't obligate you to buy anything. We'll follow up by phone, text, or email to arrange a time. We may need to reschedule; if we do, we'll tell you as soon as we can.
Training packages advertised on this site — including the new-client offer of three sessions for $99 — are paid through PayPal, which processes the transaction under its own terms. We don't receive or store your card details.
Prices, offers, and package contents shown on this site may change. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you pay.
To be completed. California regulates contracts for health studio services, including your right to cancel. The specific cancellation, refund, and package-expiry terms for SDHealthFit will be published here.
In the meantime, if you have a question about a payment you've made or a session you can't attend, contact us directly using the details below and we'll sort it out with you.
Exercise carries risk of injury. Please read this section carefully.
All clients are required to sign a liability waiver before their first session. The waiver is a separate agreement, and where it conflicts with these Terms, the waiver governs the in-studio training relationship.
We ask everyone in the studio to use equipment as instructed, re-rack weights, respect other clients and trainers, and follow reasonable directions from staff. We may end a session or decline service if someone behaves unsafely or disruptively.
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.
The text, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to SDHealthFit or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Please don't reproduce them without our written permission.
This site uses and links to services run by others — PayPal for payments, Waiver.fr for waivers, FormSubmit for form delivery, Google Maps, Facebook, and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for how they operate. See our Privacy Policy for what information those services receive.
This website is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we don't warrant that the information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, SDHealthFit and its owners, trainers, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury where the law does not permit a waiver.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
