Watching people progress is my favorite and I truly love helping people work towards and achieve their goals. I have 2 personal training certifications (ACE and NCSF) and 10+ years of experience.  I enjoy working with beginners and watching the quick progress that is made in those early stages of strength training.  I have broad experience with the general population and have worked with kids as young as 10, seniors as old as 91 and every age in between!  Some of my favorite interests outside of the gym are hiking, mountain biking, movies, cocktails, and reading.

Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, as well as holding certifications in Precision Nutrition, TRX, and Lagree, Francesca combines scientific knowledge with a client-centered approach to fitness.
